FAN ZONES

The Malaysian Grand Prix offers every year an interesting entertaining supporting programme.

The main fan zone, called MotoGP Mega Carnival, is located near the Main Grandstand - just after passing the Welcome Centre.

The fan zone is active throughout the weekend—Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Attendees can look forward to appearances by riders, live music performances, DJ sets, bars, and various other activities. The main fan zone's operating time is from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm.

Fan Zone Attractions

• Several food vendors offer a variety of culinary options
• Resting Area with seating for enjoying food and relaxation.
• Official Merchandising Point to purchase gear from favourite drivers and teams.
• Entertainment with DJs and live music
• Autograph Signing sessions with riders from MotoGP

Hero Walk

The Hero Walk offers a unique opportunity for fans to interact with drivers. Riders from MotoGP, Moto2, and Moto3 participate, allowing fans to request autographs and selfies. It usually takes place on Saturday and Sunday.

Public Pit Lane Walk

A Pit Lane Walk is a special event where fans are given exclusive access to the pit lane, the area where teams prepare and maintain motorcycles during race weekends. During the walk, fans can get up close to the team garages, see the bikes being worked on, and observe mechanics and engineers in action.

When: Usually on Friday (in 2023, it was from 6:00 am until 6:30 pm)
Where: Paddock Zone (Accessible through Tunnel 2, Main Grandstand)
How to join: It is necessary to pick up a wrist tag at the Customer Service Station near the Main Grandstand before the event (limited capacity).

MotoGP Riders Autograph Session

When: Usually on Friday (in 2023, it was from 5:30 am until 6:30 pm)
Where: Paddock Rooftop (Accessible through Tunnel 2, Main Grandstand)
How to join: It is necessary to pick up a wrist tag at the Customer Service Station near the Main Grandstand prior to the event (limited capacity).
