RULES FOR VISITORS

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following rules and regulations must be observed by visitors. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in removal from the premises or other actions deemed appropriate by event organisers.

WHAT CAN'T BE TAKEN?

• Alcoholic beverages and outside food/drinks (except for one bottle of water - up to 600 ml).
• any glass items (excluding sunglasses, binoculars, prescription glasses)
• any beverage container with a broken manufacturer’s seal (unless purchased at the event)
• ice boxes (except predominantly polystyrene ones)
• structures or items that can support a person’s weight, such as chairs, benches, stools
• any object that could be used as a weapon or endanger others' safety, damage property, disrupt events
• pets
• flags or banners over 1 metre in size, or with handles longer than 1 metre
• electronic devices (including drones) that may interfere with communication or broadcasting equipment
• vehicles like golf buggies, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, motorised mobility solutions, roller blades/skates, fireworks, laser pointers, musical instruments, loud hailers, or other amplifying devices
• illegal drugs (except prescribed medicines)
• items, flags, or displays resembling or supporting any political party, local or international

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED TO DO?

• damage or remove any plants, climb trees or structures
• post, stick, or place any posters, banners, advertisements, or printed materials on buildings, structures, trees, fences
• distribute, display, promote, or advertise goods or services
• sell, hawk, distribute, or offer goods or services
• deface, damage, or misuse of buildings, structures, seats, or vehicles
• block pathways, bridges, entries, exits
• litter outside of designated bins
• behave disruptively, interfere with events, or distract drivers or other Patrons
• throw objects or trespass onto the circuit
• use obscene, threatening, or insulting language, or behave abusively, indecently, or violently
• urinate or defecate outside of designated facilities
• interfere with or obstruct officials or staff from performing their duties
• conduct public surveys, opinion polls, or solicit donations from Patrons
• smoke in non-smoking areas
• record, store, or transmit sound, visual footage, or data related to the Event unless for personal, private, non-commercial use
• take unauthorised commercial recordings, images, or data of the Event without prior written consent from the organisers
